These terms apply to anyone using the Nylo Digital website and the free website draft service.

The free draft

When you submit the form at /book we build a working first draft of a website for your business at no cost. There is no obligation to proceed after you see it.

If you proceed

Full website builds start from £750 + VAT. Final scope, payment terms and timelines are agreed in writing before any work begins. Optional ongoing upkeep is billed monthly and cancellable at any time.

Content you provide

You confirm you have the right to share any logos, photos, copy and links you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Liability

We work in good faith but provide the site 'as is' to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
